Candace Owens vs. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez - Who Is Better?
Candace Owens and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have emerged over the past 18 months to become the social media stars for their respective parties. Both are powerful, articulate, minority women with glamour to boot - but who is the real deal? We pit them against each other to find out:
Round 1: Realness
Who are these two women who claim to speak for the rest of us? AOC is a Bronx native who has worked as a bartender, house cleaner and bus driver to support herself and her family. Owens on the other hand is comfortably middle class and now married to the very wealthy George Farmer who happens to be the son of a British peer.
Verdict: Nothing more real than driving a bus.
Owens 0 - AOC 1
Round 2: Credentials
A slightly less subjective measurement. Candace Owens is a political activist and commentator but has little in the way of legitimate credentials. AOC on the other hand is a elected representative to Congress.
Verdict: The people have spoken!
Owens 0 - AOC 2
Round 3: Agenda
AOC has been instrumental in launching the Green New Deal a revolutionary movement to force those in power to face up to the very real threat of climate change. Owens has created Blexit - a drive to get black people to leave the Democratic Party. Putting aside her contradictory exploitation of race, the assertion that black people are members of the Democratic Party against their will is just bizarre.
Verdict: Climate change is real. Blexit is not.
Owens 0 - AOC 3
Well there you have it folks - AOC wins by a landslide.
